Call Center Representative
Russell Tobin
1st Shift: Start times between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM, with end times between 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM. 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Employees may be required to work every other Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Customer Care Specialist will handle basic customer calls related to the upcoming system conversion and the customer transition associated with the American National Bank merger.
