Customer Care Specialist

The Customer Care Specialist will handle basic customer calls related to the upcoming system conversion and the customer transition associated with the American National Bank merger. They will be responsible for initial diagnosis of issues and escalating to more senior representatives when needed.

Schedule:

• Training hours (first 3-4 weeks): 9a-6p
• Hours for 1st shift will be: 10a-7p
• Hours for 2nd shift at 12p-9p
• Saturday shift: 8a-5p

1-2 years of experience in call handling

Logging into accounts, escalating issues

Some financial experience is preferred
