Site Reliability Engineering Manager

Leading a team of Site Reliability Engineers, the full-time salaried Team Manager, SRE will drive service delivery excellence and continuous improvement while working remotely and managing a team during Singapore hours (7am to 3:30pm GMT+8). Key responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of SREs to ensure technical excellence and professional growth Drive strategic service delivery by optimizing workload distribution and automating processes to meet SLA targets Act as the primary point of contact for critical escalations and severity-1 incidents, providing technical guidance Required qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience managing technical teams, particularly SRE and DevOps engineers Proven experience in managing complex enterprise client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, especially Terraform Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and CI/CD pipeline tools Hands-on experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Linux systems administration
