Director, Product Manager

Job Description:The RoleFidelity Health is seeking an experienced product management professional to help define, implement, and evolve the next generation of the employee digital experience for informed decision-making in benefits enrollment.In this role, you will be a member of the Benefits Enrollment and Intelligence Product Area with responsibility for improving the end-to-end enrollment experience that enables employees to confidently select, understand, and optimize their benefits. You will focus on modernizing the benefits enrollment journey while incorporating data-driven insights and intelligent capabilities that improve decision-making and long-term outcomes.As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for crafting the product strategy and delivering high-quality digital experiences in close partnership with Technology, Design, Research, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and business partners across Fidelity Health and Workplace Investing. You will play a key role in translating customer needs and business priorities into actionable plans that deliver measurable value.Establish and communicate the vision, strategy, priorities, and roadmap for benefits enrollment experiences and decision-support capabilities aligned to business goals and key resultsDeliver intuitive and engaging digital solutions that help employees navigate enrollment and make confident health and financial benefits decisionsTranslate strategic goals into a well-defined and prioritized product backlog, including user needs, business value, and acceptance criteriaPartner closely with cross-functional teams including Technology, UX Design, User Research, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to deliver scalable, adherent solutionsDrive continuous product discovery, employing customer research, data insights, and experimentation to improve the enrollment experience and outcomesUse data and critical metrics to measure enrollment experience performance, supervise adoption, and continuously improve outcomesCollaborate with partners to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and outcomes, and provide communication into progress and risksSupport successful delivery through release planning, business readiness, and organizational change initiatives, particularly for enrollment-related capabilitiesMake informed trade-off decisions to balance customer value, quality, cost, and speed to marketImpact consistency and integration across Fidelity digital experiences, ensuring a cohesive end-to-end enrollment journeyMaintain a solid understanding of customer needs, market trends, and the benefits enrollment landscapeThe Expertise and Skills you Bring:Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred5 plus years of product management experience7–10 plus years of experience in financial services, health, or benefits-related domainsExperience delivering customer-facing digital products, ideally within benefits enrollment or related experiencesShown expertise in product positioning, product development, product strategy, and strategic decision makingProven track record of leading cross-functional collaboration and multi-stakeholder alignment to drive product development and successful deliveryExperience developing robust business cases, setting strategic direction, and delivering on shared organizational goalsStrong relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization and effectively present complex conceptsAbility to think strategically, innovate, and develop differentiated, customer-centric experiences, particularly in complex decision-making environments such as benefits enrollmentAbility to take a data-driven approach to understanding customer needs and translate business priorities into clear, actionable requirements that can be delivered by technology teamsExperience working closely with technology teams to ensure solutions are well understood, scalable, and successfully implementedProven track record of influencing and leading without formal authority, driving success with high-performing, cross-functional teamsUnderstanding of benefits offerings and employee needs (e.g., health, savings, or related products) preferredDedication to continuous learning, innovation, and personal developmentThe TeamThe Benefits Enrollment and Intelligence Product Area focuses on evolving the digital experiences that support employees through the critical moments of benefits enrollment and benefits decision-making. The team is responsible for delivering modern, data-informed capabilities that simplify sophisticated enrollment choices and improve customer outcomes.You will work closely with product managers, technology teams, and colleagues across Fidelity Health and Workplace Investing.
