Job Opportunity: Clinical Supervisor
Our organization is on the lookout for a Clinical Supervisor to oversee exceptional ABA services aimed at children and young adults diagnosed with autism. This position involves a variety of responsibilities that are crucial for delivering effective care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs.
- Design and monitor tailored treatment plans for individuals.
- Provide continuous supervision and coaching to behavior technicians and junior clinicians.
- Ensure clinical excellence through data-informed decision-making and ethical practices.
- Adhere to best practices in ABA while collaborating with families, educational institutions, and healthcare professionals.
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and working with children and young adults with autism.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to foster collaborative relationships with various stakeholders.
