Lead the Future of Sports Medicine in Rockwall The Clinic Director of Spooner Rockwall will lead a sports medicine-focused practice with an incredible opportunity for growth, community connection, and impact. Build a Sports Medicine Practice in the Middle of the Action Spooner Rockwall is located inside AmeriSports , a large sports complex where youth and adult athletes train, compete, and connect throughout the week. That puts our clinic in a unique position: the athletes and families we want to serve are already around us every day. As Clinic Director, you'll have the opportunity to build upon established relationships with athletes and the surrounding sports community while creating new connections with coaches, trainers, physicians, and other sports medicine professionals. And the opportunity extends well beyond athletes. Spooner Rockwall is positioned to become a trusted resource for the entire Rockwall community, from active adults and families to anyone who wants to move, feel, and perform better. This Is Your Opportunity to Lead-and Grow We're looking for more than someone to manage the day-to-day operations of a clinic. We're looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to shape what Spooner Rockwall becomes. You'll remain an active clinician while leading your team, developing the clinic culture, strengthening community relationships and driving growth. You'll also have people working alongside you to make that growth happen. Our Sales team is actively developing relationships with physicians, sports medicine professionals and other referral sources, while Spooner leadership provides the resources and support you need to turn opportunity into sustainable growth. You bring the leadership and vision. We'll help you build around it. Lead Locally with the support of the Spooner team. Leading a Spooner clinic in Texas doesn’t mean operating on an island. You'll receive the same support, development and resources as every Spooner Clinic Director. That starts with the same comprehensive onboarding experience and continues with regular visits and support from Regional Directors. You'll have opportunities to visit Phoenix, engage with Spooner leaders and therapists across the organization, participate in company-wide education and initiatives, and develop relationships with a much larger clinical and leadership team. Build relationships with athletes, families, coaches, and the surrounding sports community. Collaborate with physicians, athletic trainers, and other sports medicine professionals. Partner with our Sales team to strengthen referral relationships and identify growth opportunities. Create a clinic culture where both patients and team members can thrive. Help establish Spooner Rockwall as a trusted destination for physical therapy and sports medicine throughout the community.
