General Description The Well, a long-term residential restorative program for women 18 years and older in the tri-state area. This program offers a safe haven and care allowing women of any background a place to live where they can experience true healing. The House Coach (Resident Support Staff) provides direct care, guidance, and supportive services to women participating in The Well, a long-term residential restorative program for survivors of human trafficking. This role is responsible for fostering a safe, structured, and trauma-informed living environment while supporting residents in developing independent living skills, achieving personal goals, and maintaining overall well-being. Essential Job Functions Provide support services Transportation with a company vehicle to appointments Engage and work alongside participants to perform life skill tasks Administer pre-counted medications for day or weekend Complete shift notes at the end of shift Communicate to team members about issues that may arise Other duties as assigned Why Join Us? An Associate’ Degree in behavioral or social sciences, social work, counseling, or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, a high school diploma\GED with two years of direct service experience or trauma-related work experience is also accepted. A valid driver's license. Baseline knowledge of trauma.
