WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to supporting residents in achieving their recovery and housing goals. This role requires a proactive individual who is adept at connecting individuals with essential services and resources, and who can facilitate group meetings to promote wellness and recovery strategies.
Responsibilities
- Sunday - Thursday: 11:00AM-7:00PM, Fridays & Saturdays off.
- Link residents to services that promote recovery, independence, and self-determination.
- Facilitate group meetings focused on Wellness Management and recovery strategies.
- Complete service plan reviews for all residents in a timely and thorough manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of apartments and personal living spaces, reporting and addressing any issues as assigned.
- Provide case management services, support residents in setting rehabilitation and housing goals, and collaborate on developing individualized Housing Support Plans when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required with 2 years of experience working with the behavioral health population.
- 6 months experience of active participation in mental health self-help activities, peer support or advocacy programs, participant-run organizations, or similar programs is required.
- Demonstrated understanding of community resources relevant to mental health services.
