Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Travel Physical Therapist Opportunity

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you'll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient, skilled nursing, or post-acute settings preferred.
• Experience treating geriatric populations and managing balance, gait, and ADL retraining preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records systems preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 0800-1630.
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
• Guaranteed Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
• Candidate may be required to float within the facility as operational needs dictate.
