Omaha/Lincoln, NE | Full-Time | $55,000 base + uncapped incentives

Alora Supports is hiring a relationship-driven marketer to grow referrals and client leads across Nebraska. This field-based role is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare marketing, community relations, admissions, business development, or outside sales.

You will build relationships with service coordinators, healthcare professionals, schools, community organizations, and other referral sources; represent Alora at events and meetings; and turn outreach into qualified referrals and new client starts.

We will train you on our services and industry. We are looking for someone who already knows how to build a territory, manage a referral pipeline, and consistently follow through.

Responsibilities:

• Develop referral relationships across Omaha, Lincoln, and Nebraska.

• Attend networking events, provider meetings, and community resource fairs.

• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads and referrals.

• Maintain accurate CRM notes, tasks, and pipeline activity.

• Track outreach, referrals, qualified leads, and conversions against clear KPIs.

• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth referral handoffs and service starts.

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare marketing, referral development, admissions, community relations, business development, or outside sales.

• Strong relationship-building, communication, and follow-up skills.

• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable with CRM tools.

• Based in Omaha or Lincoln; able to travel throughout Nebraska as needed.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $55,000 base salary

• Uncapped performance incentives

• Travel expenses covered
