Your role at Clorox The Customer Team Leader is a high‑visibility, fast‑paced position that sets the strategy and vision for a team of field sales professionals and cross‑functional experts to maximize Clorox relationships and business results. This leader achieves brand and customer objectives by linking the internal business unit (BU) objectives with the Customer plans. The role requires deep influence and negotiation skills to shape joint business plans and investments across multiple demand levers. In this role, you will: Engage our People as Business Owners Inspire and encourage team members to take personal ownership of their role and understand the impact on the broader organization. Educate teams on building and delivering strategic omni‑channel plans, facilitate connections among customer teams, cross‑functional partners and business unit leadership, and lead in the space of inclusion, diversity and belonging. Drive the Business Enable profitable growth through leadership and development of strategic omni‑plans and direction for the customer/cross‑functional teams. Own the execution of volume, net sales, AMPS and NRM objectives for the Customer teams. Customer Planning and Development Penetrate the Customer and build relationships with Business Leaders and alignment to long‑term (LRP or FY top/bottom) targets. Understand and drive the business planning process, delivering Joint Business Plans that achieve results and remain within the trade budget. Build Capability to Drive Growth and Eliminate Waste Ensure the team has knowledge and tools to drive growth, and drive connections between the customer team, cross‑functional resources and category counterparts. Candidates interested in relocation to Bentonville, AR are welcome. All salary ranges reflect the competitive market for similar jobs and allow for growth as experience expands. The applicable salary range by zone is: Zone A: $157,600 – $316,700 Zone B: $144,400 – $290,300 Zone C: $131,300 – $263,900 All ranges are subject to change. The recruiter will share specific range details during the hiring process. This job is eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
