VP, Private Credit Underwriting & Risk Leadership
BasePoint Group Inc.
BasePoint Group Inc. seeks a VP of Credit to lead underwriting, structuring and risk management of credit transactions, including asset-based facilities and private equity/credit deals. You will manage a high-performing credit team and own deal evaluation from start to finish.
The role requires 5-8 years in private credit or leveraged finance, advanced financial modeling, strong communication skills and demonstrated leadership across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment in New York.
