Senior Real Estate Attorney

We’re looking for a strong senior-level attorney to work closely with a busy and highly regarded partner, providing trusted support while helping to develop and guide a team of junior associates. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands‑on with sophisticated legal work, but also has the judgment, communication skills and confidence to act as a bridge between a busy partner and junior attorneys. What You'll Do Work closely with the leading Partner on sophisticated real estate development matters Advise developers across residential, retail, industrial, and office projects Handle zoning, land use, approvals, permitting, and redevelopment matters Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, ground leases, development agreements, and loan documentation Manage multiple deals and coordinate with lenders, title companies, surveyors, and opposing counsel Work collaboratively with attorneys across redevelopment, corporate, tax, finance, and land use What You'll Need 5-15 years of relevant real estate experience at a law firm Strong drafting and negotiation skills Experience across real estate development, redevelopment, and related transactions Excellent judgment, organization, and ability to manage multiple matters Strong communication and client-management skills Interest in mentoring and developing junior associates Admission to the New Jersey Bar J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school #J-18808-Ljbffr Simpson Judge USA
