This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced family law attorneys on complex, high-value matters, including high-net-worth cases involving custody, support, property division, relocation, and financial issues. Prepare and proofread pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence. Assist with discovery, case files, exhibits, and trial preparation. Maintain case calendars and track deadlines. Conduct legal and factual research as needed. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts. Manage confidential client and financial information. Qualifications Previous Family Law Paralegal experience. Strong knowledge of California family law procedures. Litigation and discovery experience. Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines. Strong attention to detail and discretion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case-management systems. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $100,000 .
