Desired Experience and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Valid Washington state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare speech-language pathology preferred
• Skilled in delivering therapy both on-site and via teletherapy platforms
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based intervention and individualized support

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students with diverse speech-language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing both speech and language goals
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate records, document progress, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Deliver therapy sessions in person and, when appropriate, via teletherapy
• Stay informed on best practices and adapt interventions as needed throughout the school year
