Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech Language Pathologist for the remainder of the school year. This onsite position offers full-time or part-time flexibility, Monday through Friday, with hours depending on assigned school buildings. Take advantage of a dynamic caseload across elementary, middle, and high school students, with assignments aligned to your interests following the interview process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating communication challenges such as receptive-expressive language, articulation, voice, fluency, neuromuscular, and non-vocal difficulties.
• Documenting assessment outcomes and explaining how communication disorders impact students’ academic performance.
• Identifying student needs, crafting tailored treatment plans, and providing recommendations for targeted interventions and IEPs.
• Managing a caseload averaging 45 or more students, ensuring individualized attention and support.
• Collaborating closely with educational teams, families, and other specialists to best serve each student.

Qualifications we’re seeking:

• Washington State SLP license with ESA certification (or eligible to obtain).
• Open to both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and those holding Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Experience or interest in working in school settings with diverse student populations.
• Fingerprinting completed through OSPI within the past two years (or willingness to obtain).
