Key Responsibilities:
Greeting & Assisting Patients: Provide a warm and welcoming environment for patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued as they arrive.
Scheduling Appointments: Manage and schedule patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of the office calendar and minimizing wait times.
Answering Calls & Emails: Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism, addressing patient inquiries, providing information, and scheduling appointments as needed.
Patient Check-In & Check-Out: Oversee patient check-in and check-out processes, confirming personal information, ensuring accurate data entry, and handling payments or insurance verification.
Bilingual Communication: Use both English and Chinese to communicate effectively with a diverse range of patients, ensuring clear understanding of appointment details, instructions, and office policies.
