Job Description
What Youll Do:
• Provide a warm and professional welcome to patients upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process and addressing any immediate concerns.
• Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations to optimize office flow while accommodating patient needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Verify insurance coverage, process claims, and address patient billing inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
• Handle a high volume of phone calls, responding to inquiries, confirming appointments, and providing information about services and policies.
• Manage office emails, ensuring prompt responses to patient and vendor communications.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, supply inventory management, and office organization to support a well-functioning practice.
• Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient experience, ensuring a seamless and efficient front-office operation.
