H&M Sales Advisor- Spotsylvania Town Center

As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store, actively selling our products and providing support and guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers the relevant information for the best experience. You will also work on garment refill & care, presentation and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the rest of your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers, supporting them with direct service. Engage in conversations with customers to provide outstanding experience. Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store. Effectively promote and sell products to customers. Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives. Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions. Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team. Keep up‑to‑date with fashion scene, trends, brands, competitors, and relevant influencers. Share product and fashion knowledge with customers. Retain and share service, fashion and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues. Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in the store. Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop and support one another. Participate in onboarding, training, and development courses relevant for your role. Complete full garment cycle from unpacking to steaming and ensure good garment care. Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice. Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house. Support garment presentation, maintain attractive displays, and clear trends and stories according to visual & commercial guidelines. Maintain appropriate stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor. Maintain best practice for in‑store OMNI Services and in‑store tech services/tools. Support opening and closing of the store. Follow all health & safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role. Qualifications Passionate about fashion and the in‑store experience. Motivated to give customers a great experience. Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action‑oriented. Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Has sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment that can be applied to the role. Experience with customer service in fashion, retail or other service‑related industries.
