Continuous Improvement Manager

Reference: PR/605180_1786393549Position SummaryDSJ Global is partnered with a growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead operational excellence initiatives at a high-volume production facility. This role will be responsible for driving improvements in safety, quality, productivity, cost reduction, and process efficiency across multiple plant operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with plant leadership and frontline teams to implement sustainable improvements, standardize processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, processing, quality, laboratory, and support operations.Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve throughput, productivity, and overall plant performance.Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence programs to improve efficiency and eliminate waste.Develop and sustain daily management systems, including KPIs, visual management tools, Gemba walks, and performance reviews.Conduct root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective actions related to safety, quality, and operational issues.Standardize work processes and ensure consistency across departments and shifts.Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to support business objectives and performance targets.Lead Kaizen events and improvement projects with measurable results in productivity, quality, and cost savings.Support capital improvement projects that enhance operational performance, safety, and asset utilization.Promote a safety-first culture and ensure all improvement efforts align with regulatory and company requirements.Coach and develop employees on continuous improvement methodologies and problem-solving techniques.Track, analyze, and communicate project performance and results to site leadership.QualificationsBachelor's degree requiredMinimum 5 years of continuous improvement, operational excellence, or manufacturing leadership experience.Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis.Experience leading process improvement initiatives within a manufacturing, chemical, industrial, or process-driven environment.Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities with experience influencing employees at all levels of an organization.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety, compliance, and operational discipline.
