NOW HIRING: AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISORS

Schedule: Open availability required, including Saturdays

You will be part of a busy team and should enjoy helping customers, this is your opportunity. You will also maximize earning potential. This opportunity is to join a high-performing service team focused on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

You will report to the Service Manager.

This is an on-site position in Troy, NY.

What You'll Do

• Promote communication between customers and technicians

• Identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services

• Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs

• You will write and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish

• You will communicate additional service needs based on inspections

• Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage

• Keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates

What We're Looking For

• Previous Service Advisor experience

• Automotive technician background helpful

• 1+ years of experience with vehicle systems and maintenance

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation

Estimated annual Compensation: $64,000 – $125,000

(Earnings based on performance, experience, and commission)

Requirements: High school diploma (or equivalent), 18+
