Quick Facts Location: 205 North East Avenue, Jackson, MI 49201 Start Date: 05/05/2026 End Date/Duration: (Flexible, based on assignment) Shift: 8 or 10-hour daytime shifts (Monday or Friday every week) Hours/week: hours Employment Type: Locum with potential for placement/permanent conversion Licenses/Certifications: Active CRNA license, BLS, ACLS, PALS Experience: Preferred 1+ year of anesthesia experience Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $184.25/hour Pay Package: Discussed upon application Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures across a variety of specialties, primarily general surgery, neurosurgery, and spinal anesthesia Provide anesthesia care for both pediatric and adult patients Perform spinal anesthesia and local infiltration anesthesia as needed Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory status throughout procedures Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams in a supervised environment Document all care accurately using Epic EMR Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-operatively to ensure safety and compliance Respond to intraoperative emergencies, including airway management and intubation Contribute to a team handling approximately 50 surgical cases daily Operate within a Level II Trauma Center setting, supporting high-quality surgical care What You Need Required: Current CRNA license in Michigan BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications 1+ year of anesthesia experience (preferred) Ability to work scheduled shifts without on-call duties Preferred: Experience in general, neurosurgical, and spinal anesthesia cases Strong collaboration and communication skills About the Assignment Join a leading hospital in Jackson, MI, providing versatile anesthesia coverage across multiple surgical specialties.
