What You'll Do:

• Evaluate and develop individualized care plans for patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments according to regulatory standards.
• Document treatment sessions and patient progress in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and provide consultation to patients and families.
• Support supervision of PT assistants, aides, and students as needed.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing education.

What You Need:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and teamwork focus
• Knowledge of regulatory and clinical documentation standards
