Business Development Specialist
Colonial Supplemental Insurance
An opportunity for people who want to build sales skills, grow income based on performance and join a seasoned team with a proven track record (the largest team in CO/WY). We provide structured training, mentorship, and a clear development plan. What you’ll do: Learn our sales process and scripts Talk with prospective clients (phone/Zoom/in-person) Build a pipeline and follow up consistently Work with your mentor/manager weekly Who this fits: Coachable, consistent, comfortable with performance-based pay Prior sales/service experience is a plus (not required) Willing to get licensed (we provide support) Who this does NOT fit: Anyone needing guaranteed hourly/salary pay Anyone unwilling to follow a process and be coached Job Types: Full-time, Contract Vision insurance Work from home Work Location: Hybrid remote in Englewood, CO 80111 #J-18808-Ljbffr
