The crew sets its own hours to hit production goals.We expect our trucks to complete $16,000 - $18,000 per week in production. On a hypothetical scenario using Production Pay Compensation of 10%, $18,000 in production by the truck results in this role earning weekly compensation of $1,800.What We're Looking For3+ years' experience in gutter installation including both K-style & half round guttersDesire to grow with the companyTeam player with a positive attitude and sense of humorExcellent communication skillsAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasonsWillingness to work overtimeDesire to establish a positive work culture and lead by exampleInterest and ability in training and mentoring junior employeesOSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferredMinimum RequirementsConstruction or gutter experience: 3+ years18 years of age or olderValid driver's licenseCompensation: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
