Manufacturing Associate (Production Operative)
Our client, an industry leader in food production, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate (Production Operative) to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate (Production Operative), you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. This position is located in Hot Spring, AR.

Shift: 1st and 2nd Shift
What's the Job?
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a hazard-free work area.
- Follow oral and written work instructions to ensure smooth production flow.
- Ensure cleanliness of the workstation when beginning work to maintain sanitation standards.
- Verify and feed raw materials into the production process accurately.
- Ensure products produced meet quality and food safety standards, checking yields and investigating discrepancies.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to be respectful, approachable, and team-oriented while building strong working relationships.
- Ability to read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations, and accurately record data.
- Must be able to frequently stand, walk, kneel, reach, climb, pull, and bend with full range of body motion.
