Senior Oncology Account Manager (San Diego)

Immunome seeks a Senior Oncology Account Manager in the San Diego area to drive territory sales for varegacestat in preparation for and following its potential market launch. The role combines field-based commercial execution with relationship building across healthcare providers, payers, and internal cross-functional teams to establish market presence in the desmoid tumor space.
Responsibilities
- Achieve territory sales goals for varegacestat aligned with national brand strategy
- Develop and execute territory business plan identifying priority accounts and call strategies
- Deliver compliant clinical and value-based selling messages to healthcare providers
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, KOLs, and multidisciplinary care teams
- Track territory activity and report business results using approved CRM systems
Requirements
- Proven track record of territory sales achievement in oncology or specialty pharma
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with physicians and healthcare teams
- Knowledge of desmoid tumor treatment landscape and sarcoma specialty care
- Experience executing brand strategy and clinical messaging in field-based setting
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, market access, and medical affairs teams
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales metrics tracking
