Plant Administrator

The Plant Administrator is responsible for supporting overall plant administrative operations. This role ensures efficient day-to-day office functionality while assisting with a variety of administrative, HR, and operational support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage general office administration functions to support plant operations
• Provide support in human resources-related activities, including documentation and coordination
• Assist with employee scheduling and workforce coordination
• Maintain accurate timekeeping records and ensure timely processing
• Support billing and administrative financial processes as needed
• Serve as a resource and provide administrative support to plant office staff
• Ensure organization and efficiency of office systems and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
• Prior administrative experience in a plant, manufacturing, or industrial environment preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
