The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of billing processes, and a commitment to maintaining excellent customer service. Key responsibilities:Data Analysis: Analyze billing data to ensure accuracy and identify trends, discrepancies, or opportunities for process improvement.Reconciliation: Reconcile billing data with financial records, working closely with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate revenue reporting.Customer Support: Assist customers with billing inquiries, disputes, and payment arrangements, providing high-quality customer service.System Management: Maintain and update billing systems and software, ensuring data integrity and troubleshooting technical issues as needed.This is a hybrid role, and the individual will need to be onsite 4 days a week.
