Director of Nursing

OrrVilla Maple Terrace, a vibrant faith-based assisted living facility with 44 apartments, is seeking a dedicated Director of Nursing. This role requires strong relational skills to facilitate ongoing interactions with team members, residents, and their families. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, is essential, and familiarity with Point Click Care and Relias is desirable. Strong organizational skills are also important in this role. The DON is responsible to direct and oversee the operation of clinical services within the assisted living facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, to complete tasks under the supervision of the Executive Director, to promote person-centered care for each resident and ensure quality care, and to assist in maintaining a physical, social, and emotional environment that fosters the best interest of the residents and their families. Must be a graduate of an approved RN program and possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in the State of Ohio. #J-18808-Ljbffr
