Principal Cost Controls Analyst (P3) – Shipboard Missiles SSBU Tucson, AZ – Hybrid (combination of onsite at the external site and remote) Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3 years of relevant experience. Active U.S. citizenship required. Experience with SAP Business Systems (APEX, PRISM, BW) or similar tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Ability to prepare and present financial information to management. Experience preparing Estimate at Completion (EAC) and working with Latest Revised Estimates (LRE). Responsibilities Prepare weekly and monthly program reports. Provide timely ad‑hoc analysis and support reporting for evolving organizational needs. Collaborate with Program Office, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Leadership Team to support financial reviews. Support quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) and analyze vs Latest Revised Estimates (LRE). Act as a trusted partner with program leadership to provide financial analysis and guidance for compliant cost collection. Track variances, forecast using SAP (APEX/PRISM/BW), and interface with Program Management and Cost Account Managers.
