The Advanced Effectors (AE) Product Area, within the Advanced Technology (AT) Strategic Business Unit, seeks an onsite Program Controls Analyst (P3) to support a large key strategic development program. Responsibilities Drive Contractual Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation and maintenance, variance analysis, and quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development. Prepare EVMS CDRL documentation (IPMR/IPMDAR, CFSR, CSDR) and perform data analysis and reporting. Establish and maintain baselines. Analyze and review monthly forecasting with program leadership and various functions. Support monthly financial planning forecast/close process (Rplan), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long‑Range Plan (LRP). Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field & 5 years related experience, or advanced degree & 3 years related experience. Experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word, PowerPoint, ERP Systems (such as SAP Business Systems PRISM, SAP, AO reporting), and accounting principles/practices. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Earned Value Management and/or Estimate at Completion. Experience with ForProject and PowerBI. Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop process improvements. Strong analytical, attention to detail, and communication skills. Team player. Salary Estimated salary range: $82,000 - $164,000 USD. Benefits Relocation assistance available.
