Located in the heart of Zanesville, The Oaks Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a premier skilled nursing facility dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our residents. Our warm, welcoming environment extends to our dining services, where nourishing meals and a great attitude go hand-in-hand. We are currently seeking a Dietary Aide to join our kitchen team and help fuel the well-being of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals based on established menus and individual dietary needs.
Ensure food is cooked, stored, and served safely and attractively.
Assist with food prep, portioning, and plating with attention to detail.
Follow sanitation and safety procedures at all times.
Collaborate with dietary team and clinical staff to meet residents’ preferences and requirements.
Qualifications:
Prior cooking experience in healthcare or food service preferred.
Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Reliable, organized, and resident-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in food prep, tray setup, and meal delivery.
Provide friendly, courteous service to residents in the dining area.
Ensure kitchen and serving areas are clean and sanitary.
Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of food service equipment.
Support cooks and other kitchen staff as needed.
Qualifications:
No prior experience required – we will train the right candidates!
Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment.
