We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bilingual Leasing Consultant (Seasonal) to join our team and play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for prospective and current residents.What You’ll Be DoingAs our Leasing Consultant, you'll be the welcoming face of the community—responsible for creating exceptional experiences for prospective and current residents while supporting the overall success of the property. Key responsibilities include:Greeting and engaging prospective residents, current residents, and guests in person, by phone, and through electronic communicationConducting community tours and showcasing apartment homes and amenitiesAssisting prospective residents throughout the leasing process, from initial inquiry through move-inProcessing rental applications, lease renewals, and related documentation accurately and efficientlyResponding to resident questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional mannerSupporting resident retention efforts through outstanding customer service and community engagementMaintaining organized and accurate resident files, records, and leasing documentationInspecting community appearance and coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure high standards are maintainedAssisting with marketing initiatives and outreach efforts to support occupancy goalsEnsuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and applicable lawsPromoting a positive, welcoming, and inclusive community environmentPerforming other duties as assignedWho You AreWe’re looking for someone who brings energy, leadership, and a passion for people. The ideal candidate will have:Experience in leasing is required.Experience with Knock, CRM, and Yardi are a must!Bilingual skills are highly desired.Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and effectively close leases.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.Experience with Yardi, ResMan, On-Site, or other property management software preferred.Basic math and financial comprehension skills.Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required.Why You’ll Love Working With UsWe believe in taking care of our team just as much as our residents.
