Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and mental health screenings to identify clients' needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on findings.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, focusing on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and motivational interviewing strategies.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure cohesive treatment plans that address both immediate and long-term mental health goals.
• Involve and educate clients' families about the recovery process, enhancing their participation in therapy and promoting a holistic approach to well-being.

Qualifications

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required to meet licensing standards.

Compensation and Benefits

• We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, with compensation based on your experience and qualifications.
