Resumen del puesto Este es un puesto clave de liderazgo estratégico y operativo responsable del desarrollo, mejora continua, entrega de servicio al cliente y el desarrollo estratégico de los requisitos operativos, procesos y tecnología. Serás responsable de identificar y desarrollar todas las mejoras y eficiencias en cultura, procesos y desempeño para el cliente, además de liderar/desarrollar un equipo que típicamente brinda interacciones con el cliente a través de múltiples canales. Lo que harás Liderar estratégicamente y desarrollar un equipo de gestión operativo senior para mejorar el rendimiento estableciendo medidas claras de desempeño y responsabilidad. Crear una cultura y procesos que logren los objetivos comerciales en relación con el servicio al cliente. Reducir el costo de servicio. Empoderar y comprometer al equipo de servicio al cliente. Identificar nuevas herramientas y tecnologías para servir mejor al cliente. Impulsar mejores ventas a través del servicio. Utilizar los conocimientos del cliente y el análisis de la causa raíz para identificar mejoras a nivel de toda la empresa y presentarlas a la junta/directivos. Actuar como la voz del cliente en toda la organización. Ser responsable de garantizar el cumplimiento total de las normativas y requisitos legales. Identificar cualquier posible riesgo. Definir, negociar y acordar la utilización efectiva de los recursos de acuerdo con las especificaciones de servicio, trabajando con los equipos de planificación de recursos y MI para planificar los recursos necesarios en conjunto con los objetivos comerciales y acuerdos de nivel de servicio. Trabajar de manera efectiva con todos los compañeros y la junta/directivos (Comercial, Finanzas, Marketing, Operaciones) para negociar e influir en las mejoras del servicio al cliente. Desarrollar continuamente mejoras e implementar proyectos de cambio exitosos. Impulsar calidad y consistencia. Asociarse con Relaciones con Clientes para optimizar la rentabilidad existente del cliente mediante la planificación empresarial y la colaboración, y generar flujos de ingresos adicionales. Sobre ti Amplia experiencia gestionando equipos operativos de servicio al cliente. Fuerte enfoque estratégico y orientado al cliente, con una clara comprensión de los problemas más amplios que afectan a los mercados relevantes. Experiencia comprobada en gestión y/o gestión de relaciones en un rol estratégico y senior. Capacidad demostrada para motivar y comunicarse con otros a todos los niveles. Habilidades de relación influyentes a todos los niveles. Capaz de utilizar estas relaciones para mejorar el servicio. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación. Capacidad para adaptarse y tener éxito en un entorno cambiante. Evidencia de habilidades de liderazgo bien desarrolladas.
