Client Account HR AI & Analytics Associate Manager

The Client Account HR (CAHRL) AI & Analytics Associate Manager proudly partners with Accenture’s largest and most complex accounts, acquisitions and transformation deals to create exceptional employee and team experiences. The CAHRL role partners with a client account across these dimensions and works with the account leadership team to achieve the people success priorities for the account. In addition to CAHRL work, this role will also support the CAHRL team as an AI & Analytics lead. Key Responsibilities: Talent Strategy & Talent Development – Partner with account leadership on the creation of the talent strategy and plan for the account including the approach for talent development and continuous learning Talent Planning & Rotation – Ensure a focus on the sourcing strategy, role rotation and succession planning linked to the account talent plan Engagement, Wellbeing & Strengths – Lead the account approach for how to have engaged people and teams including engagement survey adoption, engagement action planning, recognition, wellbeing programs and integration of strengths Inclusion & Diversity – Ensure there is a focus on creating inclusive and diverse teams and partner with local and account based I&D teams on key programs Performance Achievement – Elevate the importance of “every day” performance achievement behaviors including a focus on priority setting and feedback, and lead the client account input experience Leadership Development – Establish leadership development experiences for the account and serve as a coach for the leadership team Talent Operations – Manage account people analytics AI Strategy & Programs – Responsible for ideas and the plan for how to use AI to improve and simplify CAHRL processes and experiences, partnering with the Global CAHRL lead Account CAHRL People Analytics – Represent CAHRL in partnership with Global People Analytics on the design and execution of solutions for people success analytics, client account solutions in Workday and the new Account Agent Job Requirements: This role is part of a global team and may require work outside of regular business hours to align with global stakeholders. Basic Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience with people analytics OR experience in recruiting, HR generalist/partner, and or talent & organization (T&O) roles Preferred Qualifications: Thrives working autonomously while staying connected to broader teams for collaboration, ideation, and best practice sharing Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to bring structure to complex and ambiguous challenges Demonstrated ability to leverage AI for creative, effective solutioning Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with strong executive presence across internal and external stakeholders Effective collaborator with experience working across diverse business, HR, and cross-functional teams Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet deadlines Proven ability to drive processes end-to-end with confidence and accountability Agile and adaptable, with comfort navigating uncertainty and changing environments Continuous learner with a commitment to personal development and developing others Passionate about building inclusive and diverse teams Proactively identifies opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
