The Role Generate differentiated long and short investment ideas through deep fundamental research and company analysis. Combine traditional fundamental investing with alternative data, quantitative insights, and systematic research tools. Develop and maintain investment theses, financial models, and industry frameworks across your coverage universe. Work closely with quantitative researchers, data scientists, and technology teams to enhance idea generation and portfolio construction. Monitor market developments, industry trends, and company-specific catalysts to identify investment opportunities. Contribute to the continued development of a collaborative, research-driven investment platform. Your Profile Proven experience generating investment ideas and conducting fundamental equity research within a buy-side environment. Demonstrated ability to generate differentiated investment ideas through rigorous analysis. Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in combining fundamental investing with data-driven approaches. Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities. Experience utilising alternative data, quantitative tools, or systematic inputs is advantageous but not required. Highly collaborative whilst maintaining independent thinking and conviction.
