American Dental Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Dental Receptionist to start immediately . The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and comfortable supporting patients and front-desk operations in a dental office. Must have dental insurance billing knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients at the front desk.
- Manage incoming phone calls with professional phone etiquette.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients.
- Organize front-desk activities and maintain an orderly reception area.
- Use Dentrix software to support daily office operations.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front-desk or receptionist role.
- Knowledge of Dentrix software.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
