Under supervision of the Team Supervisor, the role involves working with the Parent Specialist to engage with parents, listen empathically, answer questions, coach, and support parent/child contact. The role includes engaging parents in GenerationPMTO, an evidence-based program proven to transform family lives, and providing ongoing parent support.
