Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

You'll assist existing customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims follow-up, and day-to-day account servicing. As you grow in the role, you'll also have opportunities to support simple sales conversations and may transition into a full-time sales-focused position within 6-12 months if that aligns with your career goals.
