Customer Solutions Associate

Location: Hybrid In Office - Must live in the Seattle area

Pay Rate: $27.50 per hour

Shift: FT 6:00am - 2:30pm

What's the Job?

• Manage incoming calls through the Genesys phone system and serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Receive and submit orders on behalf of customers, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Facilitate customer credit requests and maintain account settings with updates in CRM and related applications.
• Track orders using transportation tools and collaborate with carrier customer support when escalations are needed.
• Identify and resolve demand capture failures within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA), while monitoring open orders daily according to the Daily Activity Schedule.

What's Needed?

• Undergraduate degree strongly preferred.
• 2 years experience in customer care, order management, distribution, inventory management, transportation, demand and supply planning, or related areas is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong analytical aptitude with proven ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with SAP and Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
