We are looking for a natural relationship-builder who thrives on helping people, solving problems, and closing deals. Got Rot? is a rapidly growing dry rot, siding, and deck repair company. We have a Sales Representative position open and are seeking someone who is motivated, persuasive, and excited to be the face of a trusted local brand.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage homeowners through referrals, inquiries, or proactive outreach (calls, emails, or site visits)
• Conduct on-site consultations to diagnose issues, educate homeowners, and propose custom solutions
• Provide accurate, professional proposals
• Manage and nurture your pipeline using our CRM and sales tools
• Follow up persistently and close deals with confidence
• Collaborate with our project and admin teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and happy customers
• Represent Got Rot? with honesty, integrity, and professionalism at all times

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have prior experience in sales, home services, or construction (preferred but not required)
• Communicate clearly and confidently — both in person and in writing
• Are self-driven, hungry to learn, and eager to succeed
• Are comfortable with in-person consultations and occasional crawlspace inspections (yes, we’re rot pros!)
• Have basic tech skills (CRM, email, Google Docs, etc.)
• Own a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
