Roofing & Exterior Sales Consultant

Panda Exteriors is a $70M+ premier roofing and exterior services company serving the Mid-Atlantic. We’re growing fast and looking for competitive, driven Outside Sales Consultants who know how to connect with homeowners, close deals, and build real income.

You’ll represent a trusted brand in the field, backed by strong marketing, proven processes, and a full operations team that lets you focus on selling.

Motivated but new to the industry? We’ve built a paid 30-day bootcamp with ongoing mentorship to develop the next wave of top performers.

What You’ll Do

Run company-provided and self-generated leads
Educate homeowners on roof and exterior solutions — then close the deal
Deliver a 5-star customer experience from inspection through contract
Build long-term relationships that turn into repeat business and referrals
Use our tech tools (iPad, CRM) to track sales and stay organized

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years proven sales closing experience (home improvement, roofing, solar, pest, or similar)
Competitive drive and commitment to crushing sales goals
Comfortable climbing roofs and inspecting property damage
Polished communicator who can handle tough conversations professionally
Tech-friendly (CRM, mobile apps, iPad)

Requirements:

Qualifications:

2-4 years in outside sales closing experience (preferred)
Ability to carry a ladder up to 100 lbs and climb up on roofs to assess damage as needed
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Proficiency in computer systems and applications as well as mobile technology such as iPads
