As we continue to expand, we need a powerhouse Program Manager to help us conquer new markets and support our incredible customer base.The Role:This isn't just a desk job—it’s a mission-critical role where you will drive projects from initial design through to successful completion. You will be the bridge between technical excellence and customer satisfaction, managing everything from high-level sales growth to the fine details of project execution.What You’ll Do:Drive Growth: Identify and capture opportunities in emerging markets to expand our sales footprint.Lead Projects: Establish robust work plans, manage budgets, and coordinate project personnel to ensure every milestone is hit on schedule.Be the Expert: Create winning quotes and project proposals, and review engineering data to develop precise cost estimates.Communicate with Impact: Act as the primary point of contact for engineers, purchasing agents, and technical professionals.Problem Solve: Confer with project teams to provide technical advice and rapid problem resolution.What You Bring to the Table:Proven Experience: You have a solid track history in sales and managing complex projects from start to finish.Technical Edge: Experience in Mechanical design, print reading, or technical tooling/molding/machining is a massive plus!Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Aerospace & Defense sectors will make you a standout candidate.Communication Mastery: You possess stellar written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.The "Minco" Spirit: You are detail-oriented, results-driven, possess a great attitude, and have an unstoppable willingness to learn.Background: 4-10 years of project management experience is desired (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).Why Minco?If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision meets innovation, you belong here.
