Candidates should have experience as a receptionist, be professional, able to multitask, and have reliable transportation. The hours for this position are as follows: Thursdays: 3pm - 7pm Fridays: 3pm - 7pm Saturdays: 9am - 6pm Duties Include (but not limited to): Answering phone calls and transferring to correct department as needed Assist customers checking in for their sales or service appointments Data entry Basic clerical duties Keeping front desk area and waiting lounge clean and stocked Occasionally inputting repair orders into our service system Assisting the sales, service, and leadership teams wherever needed Flow Automotive Companies is committed to being on the cutting edge of the transportation industry and needs like-minded individuals to join our team.
