Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual design across ACQ Media and the broader Acquisition.com ecosystem. This role supports everything from premium media brands and YouTube content to internal initiatives, marketing campaigns, company presentations, websites, events, and new business ventures. You'll work across multiple brands, departments, and formats, helping ensure every visual touchpoint reflects a consistent standard of excellence. Responsibilities * Designing brand identities and visual systems for shows, podcasts, business units, and company initiatives

• Creating graphics for YouTube, social media, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns—including developing thumbnails and contributing to title ideation, testing, and YouTube packaging strategy using platform best practices.
• Supporting internal teams with creative assets that elevate communication and execution across the organization
• Building scalable templates, design systems, and asset libraries that increase consistency and production speed
• Leveraging AI to accelerate creative workflows without sacrificing quality

Requirements * 4+ years of professional graphic design experience in media, agency, or content production

• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong branding, digital design, and marketing creative
• Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Experience designing for YouTube, social media, and digital marketing, with a working knowledge of YouTube packaging best practices and strategy—including thumbnails, titles, and how they work together to drive clicks and accurately set viewer expectations.
• Experience building scalable brand systems rather than isolated assets
• Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Claude, Gemini, Firefly, Higgsfield, or equivalent
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional quality
• Strong communication skills and comfort receiving direct creative feedback
