What You'll Do Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys Prepare, edit, and finalize legal documents and correspondence Manage court filings, including e-filing in Texas courts Maintain attorney calendars and monitor deadlines Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Organize case files and manage related documentation Assist with office support duties, phones, mail, and special projects as needed Gather and organize case-related information and records What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of legal assistant experience in a law firm Litigation experience required Civil litigation or construction law experience is a plus Experience with e-filing and document preparation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Professional, dependable, and service-oriented attitude Why Consider This Opportunity?
