Location: Piscataway, NJ Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operational aspects for client’s application support engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer stakeholders, and other vendor teams. Incident & Problem Management: Oversee L3 troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and permanent bug fixes for business-critical applications. Ensure complex incidents are resolved, SLA compliance is maintained, and system stability is driven by automation Drive continuous service improvement by implementing intelligent automation, GenAI tools, and proactive monitoring to reduce incident volumes Create or execute work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs or requirements Work cross-functionally to identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities Effectively apply project management methodology and enforce quality standards Effectively facilitate scheduled client meetings Make use of new and emerging technologies and practices for potential application in client’s IT environments Requirements 10+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or technology delivery, preferably in IT production support (L2/L3) Experience with Java full stack, Spring Boot, React, Microservices and AWS Strong domain expertise in Retirement Services, including 401(k), retirement recordkeeping, benefits administration, or wealth and retirement platforms. Proven track record of stakeholder management and client engagement. Excellent communication and leadership skills. PMP, Agile, or similar project management certifications are a plus.
