Senior PM/BA - Risk Dashboard Lead (Hybrid NJ)

Job Description Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Location: New Jersey (Hybrid) Mandatory: Previous experience working with Johnson & Johnson (J&J) is required – EX J&J candidates only We are seeking a Senior PM/BA to lead the end-to-end delivery of a Holistic Site Risk Dashboard initiative focused on consolidating operational, compliance, and enterprise risks to improve visibility, governance, and decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate must have prior Johnson & Johnson (J&J) client experience and strong expertise in driving discovery-led projects, stakeholder alignment, dashboard initiatives, and enterprise risk programs. Key Responsibilities Lead discovery sessions to identify risk visibility gaps and document business requirements, user stories, and current‑state risk processes. Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather business needs, define value propositions, and establish success metrics. Develop MVP scope, business cases, funding proposals, project timelines, and dependency tracking. Drive delivery of MVP prototypes, pilot deployments, and coordinate with technology, security, and data teams. Define roadmap, KPIs, benefit realization plans, and support enterprise‑scale rollout. Manage project governance, status reporting, executive presentations, and cross‑functional communication. Required Qualifications Mandatory: Previous Johnson & Johnson (J&J) client experience (EX J&J only). 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or hybrid PM/BA roles. Strong experience delivering risk, compliance, dashboard, reporting, analytics, or data initiatives. Expertise in requirements gathering, discovery workshops, stakeholder management, and business process analysis. Strong executive communication and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Risk Management, Compliance, ERM, Operational Risk, or governance programs. Knowledge of data governance, KPI frameworks, and dashboard reporting. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies. PMP, CBAP, or equivalent certifications preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
